Melissa Guthrie is  Nutritionist, Fitness Trainer, Weight Management Specialist, and Holistic Health Educator. In addition to having two college degrees in Exercise Physiology & Nutritional Science,  Melissa was once the fat kid who has achieved her ideal body weight and has maintained it for over 14 years.
