Refund Policy

FoodWise® does its best to ensure customer satisfaction with our products however some of our suppliers demand handling warranty issues directly. Any issues with Blendtec products must be dealt with Blendtec Customer Support at: http://www.blendtec.com/support. FoodWise® has a 30 day return policy on all other equipment, kitchen accessories and bake ware. Opened food items or sale items cannot be refunded.
