Ezekiel Mix (H)

Ingredients: Red wheat, spelt, pearl barley, millet, lentils, pinto, great northern, kidney.

To make bread grind 3 cups Ezekiel mix in grinder, add 5 C hot water, 1 C honey, 2 T gluten, 4 T SAF yeast, 1/3 C oil, ½ C instant milk, 1T ground fennel and anise, mix well and let stand inBosch until bubbly ( about ½ hour). Then add 4 eggs, 1 ½ T salt, and enough hi-gluten flour to pull away from side of bowl. Knead for 5 mintues and place in 5 well greased pans. Preheat oven to 425, place bread in oven, lower to 325 and when internal temperature of bread is 180 then remove and cool on racks.
