Dehydrated Hashbrown Potatoes are ideal for breakfast & dinner side dishes or when used in your favorite soup, stew, casserole or your favorite recipe calling for Hashbrown Potatoes. Nothing beats hot skillet fried hashbrowns with eggs and bacon in the morning.
Cooking Directions: Pour 1 Cup potatoes into 3 Cups salted boiling water. Turn down heat and simmer 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain and season as desired and serve. Yields 2 cups reconstituted potatoes. May be used in any recipe calling for potatoes. May be stored in the refrigerator, keeping well covered. fry on well oiled grill at 375 degrees for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
