Our Green Cabbage can add a delicious texture to soups, stews, or other dishes. When rehydrated and cooked, you can hardly tell the difference from fresh cooked. Excellent for backpackers, RV'ers, or for your cupboard! Description & Directions: Fresh, mature, Cabbage is washed, cored,trimmed, and dried to specifications. Rehydrate in boiling water for 3-6 minutes,or in cold water for 1-2 hours. Use 2 parts water to 1 part product. Rehydrationratio is about 1:8
