A uniquely flavored tropical fruit, dried Guava is sweet and tart. It is a popular food in Latin American cuisine. Guava is a member of the myrtle family. It has 5 times the vitamin C as oranges and is also rich in vitamin B1 and A.
Directions: Rehydrate with water for 30 minutes or eat as a snack as is.
Ingredients: Dehydrated guava slices, fructose.
