Ingredients: dried papaya
Eat as a snack or cook for 10 minutes, just cover with water. They are ready to eat as soon as they are warm and hydrated. Papayas are melon-like fruit, with yellow-orange flesh. They are a rich source of vitamin A and C. Low in calories, fat free, cholesterol free, papayas are a good source of fiber.
