Ingredients: A dehydrated blend of whey, buttermilk solids, cheese, whey protein concentrate, salt, sodium phosphate, citric acid, yellow 5, yellow 6, lactic acid enzyme.
Serving direction: For a cheese sauce, gradually combine cheese with hot water or milk (for mac and cheese), stir together until smooth and creamy. 1 C water to ½ cup powder. Add to soups and to give a rich cheese flavor.
